Sugarfreak is my new brunch spot. Even though it’s out in Astoria (which will hopefully soon be my new ‘hood) They serve up some amazing southern-style brunch. The bananas foster french toast was heavenly, the grits were buttery and delicious, and the mimosas were strong. Aside from all of that—the place is full of sweet southern charm—old fashioned milk crate and bottle chandeliers, mismatched pillows in cozy breakfast nook-esque booths, and floral patterned plates at Sugarfreak, Astoria, Queens, NY
Dylan’s Candy Bar is basically heaven. No, Kait and I didn’t consume all of the above, but it sure was photoworthy—we had the drinks and the ice cream only, but I seriously can’t wait to go back. at Dylan’s Candy Bar, Midtown East, NYC
